My screen doesnt show the world my freinds are playing

My screen doesnt show the world of my freind in which he is playing. I have checked it that our cellular data is on and the network range is high. Servers are shown but not the freinds world. Please fix this because we dont have wifi to play and we dont play on realms. We want to play on cellular data and dont have wifi.
