I can't receive invites from other players

Hello,
The issue that I have is that I can't receive invites from other people to play with them in their worlds or in a server, in the past (before 1.3), we were able to get notifications when anyone invites us in any world, and we were able to get it inside minecraft and as notification in the phone, and other players that I know have the same problem as mine when I send the invite or any one send it. In addition to I already checked my Xbox account if the option is unable, but unfortunately it's not.
