Minecraft Realms not saving anything I do in the world.

I have a Bedrock Realms world with some friends, and since the hotfix, every time i do something in the world- build something, sort chests, etc., after about 30 minutes the world gets very laggy- it doesn't let me open chests or place anything and then it disconnects me. When i go back in, almost everything i just did is just gone. The world is reverted back to what it was like when i joined 30 minutes ago. I basically cant do anything and it makes the game impossible to play.

Important Info:
-I am not the owner of the realm
-I can contact the owner easily
-I play on an iPhone 8
-The realm was made on an Xbox
