Friends can’t join my Minecraft world

When I play on my Minecraft worlds, One of my friends always get disconnected if they join. I’m not sure if this is a bug but I believe it is. Also, when I play one of my survival worlds Amat daylight some mobs appear to be still and can’t be attacked or damaged. Last, A husk just attacked me at a moderate distance. 

I’m also not sure if this only happened to me but I want this bug fixed.
