Fireworks goes through mobs when shot by a crossbow

When I shot a firework to a mob with a crossbow it goes through it and slides on the ground.

How to reproduce:

1. Get a crossbow and some fireworks.
2. Then fire it to a mob
3. It goes through the mob and slides on the ground.
