Can't make a purchase in Lifeboat Store

I made a purchase of £2.49 the buy the 30 day V.I.P pass on the Lifeboat server but every time I try to purchase it it comes up with "Sorry, we were unable to complete your purchase. Maybe check your internet connection?". I have done everything I possibly can to fix my internet and it does not work I have a feeling it's not my internet that's the problem
