Multiple bugs in the v1.16.100

Dear Sir or Madame,

I am having some issues on Minecraft, as been atacked by mobs I cannot see while my colleague that is playing with me in the same server is seeing, also we can see mobs flying in high speed and the disapearing, villagers sleeping on the floor, being friends with zombies as them are not attacking the villagers..
Can you please help me?
