Cannot place or remove blocks, and tools.

This bug is very, very, annoying. Sometimes, when I build in Creative mode, I could not build blocks on a certain area, remove things from my chests, and from my inventory. I have to save and quit then join back to my world to debug this bug. It is wasting a lot time.

Please help me.
