Lag Everywhere

So If anyone else have this problem, where the chunks are very slow in this version and lag on menu like for example settings.... Severs keep getting crashes than before.... I mean 1.16.100 is a lag fest. 1 command in the world.... Lag!   Singleplayer in a flatworld with no resource or behavior packs..... Lag! Pressing the Settings tab.... Lag! You seethis new version is causing more problems.... I cant have a image or video right now but I would later...
