I lost my Founder's Cape on W10 Edition

I had the Founder's cape on minecraft W10 edition, but about 4 days ago I had to restore my computer, after restoring the computer I played minecraft using the founder's cape. This morning after a Windows update the game asked me to login back into the game and when it was over, I no longer had the cape. Is there any way I can recover my cape? or did i lose her forever?

INFO: Yes, I got it in Marketplace in Bedrock edition, but I can't pick the cape again.
INFO²: I lost the Founder's Cape, but the "Pan Cape" I still have.
