Servers stuck on Loading Resources screen

I was opening my toolbox to join a specific anarchy server in bedrock, but it just so happened that my connecting to external server quickly jumped to Loading Resources without locating server showing up. I waited for too long and decided to restart but it just happened again. I decided to use my vanilla version but it just stuck like before.
