Pending Chunks Randomly Occur

When I was playing, every time I am doing something, the game thinks that that chunk has too may updates even though nothing is happening and also the player can get stuck in the phantom player stage where they cannot interact with anything and can't open anything even their inventory or tile entities such as chests.
