1.16.100 update i am not able to open my worlds

every time i go into minecraft and open a minecraft  world it loads for ever and there a thing that comes up saying unable to load your world check internet connection  and I am very strong internet and i just update my minecraft the update was 1.16.100  i hope you can fix this soon before the holidays hit
