Purchased Star Wars Mash Up . Worked for a day and now whole screen constantly jumps and game won’t load, forced to close application. Game and PS4 are up to date

Purchased Star Wars mash up pack and it worked for one day. Now every time we try to load or create a game in the Star Wars pack , the whole screen repeatedly flicks and the application must be closed. Other packs and existing games will load. All games and systems are up to date. Video attached shows the problem
