New Update Issue

Hello Mojang! Regardless of which world I go into, everything looks like goes "slowly". Minecarts are slower than usual, some of the farms don't work properly, and other entities are acting strangely with this bug. The POV kind of remains the same, but is there any possible way to remove this bug?
