Can’t access anything I paid for

I cant access any packs that I have purchased; worlds, skins etc. also cant access servers or connect with friends. I have tried everything to fix it and it didn't work!

I have added loads of photos so you can see what the problem is and should be able to fix it! I don't see why not i have reported this big multiple times!
