Entities (Mobs and Animals freeze and go invisible)

Entities go invisible or have crazy movement instead of despawning. Some entities now go invisible and are still able to attack the player but is not visible to the player. Happening alot with drowned and zombies. When the entities are frozen they are unable to be attacked by the player but can still attack player. Also animal entities sometimes freeze completely, no movement at all. once chunk is reloaded they go back to normal.
