Does not load the terrain

Hello good afternoon.
I wanted to report an error loading the terrain. Since Minecraft was updated to version 1.16.100 I have problems loading the terrain since they turn light blue chunks and I have to wait a few seconds for it to load and it is the same when I continue walking which did not happen in the previous version, the I don't know if it's my cell phone or the game, but if it were to be the game, please fix it.
