Unable to deactivate or sort add-ons or resources on realms.

When attempting to deactivate or reprioritize resource packs, I get "Error when applying content" "some of the selected content could not be applied" 

This is an issue because now I have two versions of the same resource and behavior pack installed, and the priorities are not balanced appropriately for gameplay. Therefore i cant reopen the realm.

UPDATE: I added two photos. Sometimes it will get stuck on “Exporting” and other times it will result in “Some of the selected content could not be applied”
