Advanced Dragons 2 refusing to launch

On ps4, launching the Advanced Dragons 2 mod causes the screen to quickly swap between two screens over and over for about 3 minutes. Then finally it simply states, "Unable to connect to the world. Please check you connection to the internet and try again." But my internet is running find and all other features, online and not, all function perfectly fine.
