Cape Went Missing After Update

My name is Toure and I play Minecraft Bedrock on both Nintendo Switch and on iPhone. Since playing I have always had two capes-the Pancape cape and the Minecon Live 2019 Founder's Cape. Earlier this week/late last week, there was an update pushed through the game. After downloading and restarting my Switch, my Founder's Cape was gone. I tried signing out of my Microsoft account and Nintindo account and signed back in to see if that would help; it didn't. I turned my Switch off, that didn't work. I tried logging into my account on mobile but it's not there. I have even tried waiting several days to see if it would "just pop up" and it never did. 

I am hoping that someone can help me with this issue because I know that Capes have value because of their limited release times.
