Cellular data not working and others

Hey, i am unable to join any server in my minecraft version 1.16.100

I was able to join server before this version released.

Like i mean, my cellular data is enabled but still I can join any server and I made a video like 30mb so that if would be easy to understand but unfortunately the limit is 10mb, so please make the maximum limit 100mb.
Anyway, i took some screenshots. Maybe it can help you guys.
And few other bug are:
Achievements page need repair.
My friends can't see my mind world even if multiple-prayer was enabled before creating the world.
