Problem playing online with friends , please fix asap , Thank you

Cant play online game using mobile data even though the "use cellular data" is turned on in settings. This is happening constantly and me and my friends are not able to play to together .The game says you need to be connected to wifi to play with friends even though we turned on the use cellular data option.
