unable to connect to world bug didnt get fixed

Dear mojang,
so i reported the unable to connect the world bug,
bacisally this bug only affects on friends joinable world and it doesnt affect on servers
so after 2 updates it still not working so i need a reason and how this bug works and tell me what did i do wrong so this bug happens and i understand how hard you work on gixing these bugs.
and is this bug happen because i am on cellular mobile data and hotspot? and i should be on actual wifi for that? let me know and thanks you for understanding and have a nice day.
