My Mobs are Invisible

Most mobs on my server are now invisible. Mobs such as villagers are invisible, but can't be traded with either. They are clearly there as very occasionally they show up for a little bit. Also if you break their workstations particles appear. On the previous version there was no such bug, is there a fix?
