Conect to previous account

So, I was playing Minecraft normally with one of my friends, and for some reason, my Microsoft account got disconnected. So I tried to log in again and it just wasn't working. So I tried reinstalling Minecraft to see if anything changed. Now, every time I try to login into my account with the same email and password as always, it says that I need to connect to my previous account, which is the one I'm trying to log in to now. Is there any way for me to log into my account again? ( it gives me a message saying: "Oops! Looks like this account is already connected. Please sign in with your previously connected Microsoft Account, (the name of my account))
