Crafting resources highlighted in red when I do have them

I was playing, and I opened the crafting bench. When I looked at the recipe for something that I could make, but it said I didn't have the resources, which I did. It gave it to me when I clicked on it. I had the resources, but it said I didn't, and I could craft it anyway.
