not a bug

its abut the  configuration
i downloaded 2 minecraft launchers the old and the modern one.I runed the old minecraft launcher
and it says would you like to reset the configuration? i pressed yes then itlogged me out of the modern launcher, i pressed play in the old one but it did nothing.I deleted the old one and used the modern one
ipressed play and it popped up with this alert:
could not create virtual machine
java exeption:fatal error
