Mobs don't move or interact

Mobs which existed before the Hotfix don't move anymore. However, if they are close enough, they can be bred, and the baby mobs will move. Mobs can't be pushed, attracted by food, or fall. This does not affect new mobs which have naturally spawned after the hotfix.
