On My Older Version of My World, Snow Golem Doesn't make a Top Snow on his/her Below.

Whenever i Spawn/Make a Snow Golem on Older Version of My World, doesn't make a top snow on his/her Below since i Update Minecraft 1.16.100.02 Official was Release.

Expected Result
On Older Version of My World, Snow Golem can make a Top Snow on his/her below.

Actual Result
On Older Version of My World, Snow Golem Doesn't make a Top Snow on his/her Below since Minecraft 1.16.100.02 Official was Release.

How to Reproduce
1.Download and Install Minecraft Version 1.11/Older, Open the Minecraft Version 1.11/Older and then Create a World.
2.Update Your Minecraft Version 1.16.100 and then Open the World.
3.Spawn/Make a Snow Golem.
4.For the Build, Place 2 Snow Block vertical and Place a Pumpkin/Carved Pumpkin/Jack o'lantern.
For the Command, Open the Chat and Type /summon snow_golem.
For the Command Block, Place a Command Block, Open the Command Block, Type /summon snow_golem, Place a Lever and activate it.
5.As you can see Snow Golem Doesn't make a Top Snow on his/her Below.
6.Done

While a Small Bug, this may Affected some farms and redstone builds like snowball farm and Cobblestone Farm Powered by Wither On Older Version of My World.
