Raining through blocks

In Minecraft Pocket Edition, I have been experiencing rain falling inside of buildings. This started on September 8, 2015 when Mojang updated MC to v0.12.1 alpha. I would place blocks but the rain would fall through the block/substance. I ask 4 of my friends to see if they were experiencing this too. They all said they did not.
