Game lagging & Sound playing delay

After 1.16.100 update dropped, the game is so much lagging.The lag mainly happening in my main terrarium(where I built my house)also placing or breaking any block the sound playing is delaying about 15 seconds,and the important thing that I play in a redmi7a device.
