Cant Join Servers Using Cellular Data

Alot of Mobile Players use Cellular Data so they can play in server because we want no bug rendering our chunks we update our version to 1.16.100 and we can't play server because some of us dont have other phones to connect their wifi to us to play minecraft.Please Mojang fix this bug so alot of mobile players can play with friend and servers
