Sound Delay

On Nintendo Switch, the sound delay is crazy. When you log into a world, it always seems to lag. And when I went to the Mojang Site to find answers. I thought I just had to restart my switch. But when I did it didn't do anything. My Minecraft world is still as laggy and glitchy as before
