PS4: Download failure after payment

So I buy this one pack called lucky block world (made by Cubed Creations) and i pay with real money to get tokens which automatically buys the pack. It then starts downloading but at importing it just... fails.... it wont state the reason why though, and my internet is just fine over here. (If the image doesnt show or doesnt send the right image please let me know asap I've had tech issues in the past)
