After 1.16.100 my adventure map broke and will not leave the saving screen.

While playing a map that worked before the last update, a double chest splits into 2 chest and I can not open them, also my inventory or crafting menu is not responding, I can move around but can't interact with any object or mob, so I try to leave the world and save but it stays on the screen that says saving world. I have tried it on my xbox one and my Nintendo Switch, both have the same result.
