Get Error Code: 0x803FB005 when try to reinstall 1.16.100 after being unable to update from 1.16.40

After having issues trying to update to version 1.16.100 I chose to uninstall Minecraft from my computer but when i went to reinstall MineCraft im met with this error code

Code: 0x803FB005

This only happens to Minecraft and no other app i try to install. I've done everything from reverting Windows updates to resetting my Microsoft store to even uninstalling and reinstalling the store itself.

I don't know who else to turn to so i hope you guys can help me
