Cannot access Marketplace, Realms or Servers

A few weeks ago, my minecraft worked perfectly...no issues accessing online content.  Now, I cannot access the Marketplace (times out), no access to Realms, no servers access.

We've run through all the network tests and there are no issues with the network.  My son's switch is able to play just fine on minecraft, and we are on the same network.  

Yes, we have a family Nintendo online account and it is still active.

HELP!!Unable to render embedded object: File (  I want the new star wars mashup and I can't get to ANYTHING) not found.!!
