Can't play realm and server in the latest update even "use cellular data" is turned on

Since installing the latest update 1.16.100 on MCPE. I can't play realm and bedrock server, it says "you must be connected to wifi to play with your friends". Try to fix the issue on setting by turning on "use cellular data" it didn't work. Reinstalling apps won't work too.
