Can't join world and server if i use wi-fi. Buy if i use celullar data, i can join world & server

I can't join external server and my world if i use wifi. I already put the picture. When i was joining the server, my screen still loaded "join external server". If i join the hive or mineplex, thats work, i can join. But if i use celullar data, i can join my world.
