Microsoft and ps4 wont sink

I cant sync my playstation account to my microsoft count I have tried everything from uninstalling the game to erasing all saved data and resting both system and game. I have sent an email to majong about this and they said it is a known bug and to come here dor further support and help. Below is a picture of the error message.
P.s this is my one and only account and PlayStation. So I am at a lost as to why it is saying this
