Boat block your movement

When we are under the boat and we want to go up, we will be stuck under the boat for a while

 

Steps To Reproduce:

1. Make a boat
2. Place on the water
3. Trying to get under the boat and align it in the middle of the boat
4. Try to go up (when you on "Creative", just on fly Mode and go up)

 

Expected Results:

The player can go up through boat immediately, because boat is the entity.

 

Observed Results:

The player will stuck under the boat for a while, even you on "Creative Mode"
