Lag Spikes and Terrible FPS

Since I updated to 1.16.100 it has lag spikes so I tried to downgrade it to be sure if it's my device when I downgraded it the lag is less.... Probably the lag is from the new update. My sister's phone can probably cook eggs now hehe just joking. So about the lag, it doesn't really affect my gameplay but it's just anoying especially lag spikes. I don't have any shaders, hyper realistic texture packs and I don't have animated texture pack..... I know it's not a bug but it really annoys me my friend can't even play it now
