Chunks are loading very slow after 1.16.100 update

After 1.16.100 update, the chunks are loading very slow. Whenever I try to fly with elytra, I constantly hit invisible walls. The full expanded maps are filled very slow and often some gaps remain after I fly through the area. This issue never happened before the update.
