I'm getting optimization problems that is causing severe lag issues that is slowing down the game.

When I updated the game, I noticed that the game was suffering from lag issues, from delayed sound effects and damage was delayed. I tried uninstall then reinstall tactic that didn't work. I restarted my tablet and it didn't work either.
