withered skeleton BUG

Well,I am a Chinese student,so my English is bad,sorry
Today I found a bug is that when a withered skeleton cross the neither gate(I can't express it)and come to the main world,it can shoot arrows like a normal skeleton.

Also another problem:an biology will be clear if player far away from it.
