Problems during the game - Chunks not loaded

Good morning, I have a small problem about this new version, when entering a new map in survival mode, it takes time to load the pieces, here I show you screenshots! (The affected version is 1.16.100.04), Another problem is that the game comes out only when I deactivate WiFi or mobile data, it is somewhat annoying to know that when I am in a place where there is not much signal, the game by itself comes out when the world is loading, I have brought this problem since the Nether Update came out, I hope please correct those problems, for that I inform you!
