Keeps saying need wifi to connect to realms on pocket edition

We have checked for everything in our end, from resetting the cellular data tabs, signing out and back in, we cannot connect to our realm, it keeps giving us the error "need wifi to play with friends" 

Please fix soon, we pay for realms and if we can't play on them, it isn't fair to have to pay for them and not have access.
