fire tablet blocks you out of world and microsoft accounts

when downloading minecraft and going in and signing to microsft account it says there was a problem connecting to microsft accounts. and when creating a world it says failed to load world. please fix this problem. this makes it impossible to play minecraft on fire tablet!!

edit: only happens on amazon kids+ after new install

edit2: it happens because minecraft needs storage and possibly contacts permissions
