Lag

I get alot of lag after I updated my mcpe to 1.16.100. I have SAMSUNG J7 Device with 1gb ram. After I hit mobs, it takes 3 to 5 secs for their getting hit sound to appear. This happens because of lag. I also get 1000 ping in worlds. This all is happening because of lag. Please fix the lag.
